That or Saquon decided he could make similar money on a real team or a dumpster fire of a team 😂

Yep, thats why you shoulda thrown the bag at him.

Ohh well, maybe by 2030 poles can build a contending roster

Considering Poles luck in free agency I understand why he didn’t to be honest. Saquon tears his knee by the second quarter of the first game if he signed here

I swear there was a report during TC that Poles went after Saquon first. But he went with the Eagles. Swift was 2nd option.
This is what happened. I think he got too expensive for Poles and also Saquon wanted to go to PHI, he's not an idiot. They have a beastly OL.

We could have had Barkley and a 5th instead we got swift and bates. Poles FA philosophy and honestly most NFL GMs FA philosophy is stupid. You sign the best and draft the rest, that’s what the winning teams do.

I probably did because I generally am team don’t pay running backs. But he has been worth every dollar this year.

We would be better with Barkley... he would be worse. I liked him and still do (obviously), but Swift has been fine.

I had to search my history, and I was looking at Barkley, Henry, and Jacobs apparently, so Swift wasn't on my radar. However, the signing has been pretty solid and his contract doesn't break the bank. But, I did want to pay Barkley even though the world is against paying RBs.

Swift is good at what he does. Stretch plays and in space.

The tweak they need to make is using Roschon more between the tackles. He needs to be in there more often imo.

Yeah, Poles' fixation on Bates has been weird.

Just have to hope that he has learned and is learning to be better in his evaluations going forward (assuming he stays GM).

I don't think we play-action enough off that stretch play.

I remember Peyton Manning's play-action off their outside stretch being deadly.

The rams had like 4 easy completions off that action Sunday night too. I can't recall us running PA off the stretch look this season.
