Option 2.

You can move on easily from bad QBs.

You can easily do that. In fact, if you're the Chicago Bears you can do it consistently for nearly 100 years. It's like a habit.

In all seriousness, Bears luck into a fun season once every 5-8 years. It's cool. But for real fans, it makes us fucking sick and we're tired of it. One to two good seasons every decade is a strain on my relationship with the Bears. As long as the Bears find the long-term solution to the problem that's ailed them since forever, that's all the matters. We're talking about sustained success. Not a one year wonder. Pull your goddamn head out of your ass.

Or option C
Fields balls out in the playoff$

I just see a sector of ppl. still coming down on JF if we don't make playoffs and he has a "good stats season". Some ppl here are gonna question JF regardless, unless he wins a SB. At this point, I just wanna see him properly developed. Go Bears

This is the year we find out what Trubisky really is......you fail in that Pittsburgh system, you are pretty much shit. Big Ben could hardly stand up, his arm strength mostly gone, a piss poor line and was pretty much a statue in the pocket.....still had a QB rating of like 87. Which is Trubisky's lifetime rating average.
yeah and Roethlisberger played like 4x longer too. and has Super Bowl wins to his credit. I'll continue to shit on Grossman, but he had a fraction of live fire time when he finally played a full season in 2006 to Trubisky. they're both kind of the same shit but for different reasons.

or in other words the point I'm trying to make is he's never going to get it, he is what he is. and I'll never let CCS clowns live down their bullshit "Pace went out and got his guy" narrative before they all went edgelord and talked shit about how terrible he was.

Option 1 hands down, I'd rather go into the next season knowing the Bears FINALLY found a franchise qb instead of going into the next season with question marks at qb

Lol @ anyone who wants option #2. Winning is neat. Sometimes the Bears have winning seasons here and there.

Building a good team behind a great QB is what perennial winners do. That is always what we should be striving for. And we are. If we end the season 3-14, I'll be stoked for next season.

Of course #1. But I doubt if Fields takes that kind of step that the team will be trash. We would be a boarder line playoff team,,at worst
One of the greatest CCS things ever was how cocky this guy posted his football thoughts while being incredibly and hilarious wrong 24/7.

I would hope every Bears fan chooses scenario #1. That’s the only way this franchise can become a consistent playoff team. Mostly everyone expects a losing season and there’s nothing wrong with that. Fields and the young guys needs to improve and be the future core of the team.
Yes to this.
