I think the point he was trying to make is that people were saying, "of course Watson is gonna play well, look at the offense!" Well, if the offense made Watson look so good, why aren't they making other QB's who play in it just as good?

Hopkins is one of the better receivers in the league, and Fuller is a speed demon. They have weapons, but Savage is so much worse than Watson, that is pretty clear. Watson obviously makes the team a lot better.
