constantly we get 3rd down conversions called back by refs. I guarantee you tonight watch the Packers game and if they fail on 3rd down they will get a flag for a free 1st. It’s the exact opposite treatment our team gets and it’s year after year consistent.

Right. They need a coach who screams at the refs during the games which forces the announcers to point it out and it for some reason gets the refs to start giving your team calls. Maybe even take the $20k fine and call it out during a conference. I know I would if I was trying to keep my multi million dollar job which relies on winning.
