What a game this would be for Caleb to break out big time to a national audience and pull off a massive upset, hereby the beginning of his legendary career.

If we can slow down the run, and put a little pressure on Goff, without blitzing, and CW plays good, I think we win.

The Bears can’t stop the run and the Lions are a pound the rock smash mouth team. They’re going to bury the Bears on the ground.

This team also cannot generate any pressure. The pass rush has fallen off a lot and even the rare times they do blitz, they seldom get home.

The Bears are going to get destroyed. I just hope Caleb and the offense continue to play well.

Caleb has played well the last couple of games, yet the team has not scored a lot of points, a ton of stats, but little scoring output=another loss on the resume, close games enhance the Eberflus chances of screwing things up

They scored more points against Minnesota than they did against the Packers, so the offense does seem like it’s on an upwards trajectory at least.

Flus is going to screw things up, regardless. At this point, all I really care about is how Caleb and the O looks. Sure, a win would be great, but I’d rather Caleb and the offense look very good and lose, as opposed to the offense struggling and the Bears winning ugly. The season is over

But wait @msadows said the Lions would regress this year?

That being said, I expect a much closer game than even Bears fans. Lions came out of Indy pretty dinged up, could be down both starting corners (please god, no vildor) and their staring left tackle. Add that to already having lost Hutch and Anzalone..............

Player to watch on the Lions will be Alem McNeil. Having a break out year and is a terror on the interior.....which happens to be the Bears weak spot.
