That's a horrible call.
Even if they are going to say that his foot may have come off the bag, that would technically remove the force out because once you get to the bag, you need to be tagged out.

Yeah I mean I'm not saying I absolutely love Heyward over Shwarber there. But I'm not sure it's Maddon's fault the cubs can't seem to hit. Think that a lot of it is the fact you're not getting star level performance out of Baez, Bryant and rizzo of late. You compare that to say Yelich down the stretch and that's the difference between the two teams performance. Other than playing better I don't know what you do about that.
