Mods, can we please remove daniels ability to start a thread?

I so wish that were a thing.

I am sure I would have already used it on 90% (or roughly halve) of the posters in this forum.

This is now how he blogs.

Pretty much, and just like his blogs no one reads this shit.

I have no clue wtf his brane damage is from, he keeps bringing up dexter sucking. There are only 8 DT's in the NFL with more sacks than him.

Dexter is playing really well for a 2nd year DT, pretty much the best player on defense not named gordon or johnson this year

I want in on this action if the bears win some tough games instead of looking confused waiting on the coach to **** up some end-game decision

Do the Bears still suck?

We're about to find out.

Can't wait to see Caleb hold onto the ball too long and take a critical sack.

Can't wait to see the offensive line get behind the sticks again with a critical penalty to help kill a drive after going down 10-0.

Can't wait to see Braxton Jones give up yet another critical sack.

Can't wait to see one more stupid play call in a critical situation.

Can't wait to see the defense get gashed in the run game.

Can't wait to see the secondary get burned in a critical situation.

Can't wait to see zero sacks from Dexter and Sweat.

Can't wait to see the non existent pass rush perform again.

Yeah Matt Eberflus was arguably the worst head coach in the history of the NFL and did a lot to help these Bears lose.

But your team will look better than it does when it's constantly playing from behind. If you want to ignore the things that this team does to wind up having to come from behind in the first place.

After witnessing the greatness of my Arizona State Sun Devils this year and the failures of my Chicago Bears this year, I can tell you with no bias that the story of failure of these Chicago Bears was written in the first two games of the season.

The story of success for my Sun Devils was also written very early in their season.

Your team's character is almost always determined very early in the year and this year is no different and this week will be no different with or without Eberflus.

And sure maybe they rally for one win against a shitty 49ers team, but don't be fooled by little spurts of success when it's been a long season of failure.

The true character of the media in this town exposed yet again. Matt Eberflus grew a beard and got a haircut and that didn't make him a better coach. Just like Thomas Brown talking well during a press conference doesn't mean he can coach.

Can't wait for you to get run over by your own bus!

Wow, 10 whole days to fix a 40 year problem. A problem the OP supports whole heartedly.
Why did they take away the yawn?

I confused…

Are you asking if they will be better at the same time rooting for incompetence while saying they have a chance to win?

Remember when Daniel kept telling us Russell Wilson is washed up even though he was top 7(8?) in the NFL last year?

No the subtext is nothing has changed. The opportunity to change occurred last year when Jim Harbaugh hit the market. He was everything this team needed and is a Chicago guy much like Kenny Dillingham is an Arizona guy. Harbaugh was the guy to fix things because he's been here and has intimate knowledge of what needs to be fixed. But ownership is a feckless bunch of cowards.
He was here 30 years ago when things were going well so he has intimate knowledge of what needs to be fixed in 2024. Interesting.

You're not alone in wanting him. Others did as well. But it seems a lot of people simply won't get over it even though some reports say neither side had true interest.

Is Russell Wilson washed up?
Lol it's cute he's having "success" that you're happy with.

But that success won't matter much if they don't win the Super Bowl. Are you saying that Russell Wilson can lead them to the Super Bowl? Because the standard is he wins a Super Bowl not he plays well in the regular season.

It's a pretty high standard I know but it's not your standard because you're a Bears fan. Your standard is Dak Prescott is great.

No it’s not dipshit. I’m not a Dak fan but watching you trying to prove that Russell is washed up is hilarious. You live in this world of hyperbole that rarely makes sense. Even when Wilson was top 8 in passer rating in 2023, you still tried to say he was “washed up.”

Well he has 12 touchdowns this year. So he's not exactly lighting the league on fire.

Granted I haven't paid attention to him because I don't care but 12 touchdowns isn't impressive and neither is his yardage total. So tell me old NFL savant what am I missing?
