You got 35 year old Bulls fans with pro wrestling mentalities..."I hate Lebron so he sucks"...then the one dude who constantly claims people are getting their opinions from ESPN sounds more like Skip Bayless than anyone. You can't base a player's greatness on whether they hit a game winning shot or not. I can name a bunch of great players who sucked in the clutch. It happens.

It was one fuckn year heff. He made a bad decision. Get over it. He hit plenty of clutch shots. Damn how many legit opportunities did he have to even hit a clutch shot? Geeze.

Even if he went in and hit that shot in 94 it doesn't mean he's clutch. Hell at least he wanted the opportunity.

LOL at Rami claiming Pippen was never a Top 5 player in the NBA.

Wut?

Karl Malone almost as good on defense as Pippen?

Wut?

If Scottie was as tall as Hakeem he'd be better?

Wut? If Scottie was as tall as Hakeem he mayhave never learned the all around skill set he did.

If Oscar Robertson was as big asShaq he'd be the GOAT.

lol karl malone is easily one of the most overrated players in the nba..got fed by stockton, not a great defender,etc...but his longevity was, nontheless, incredible

and ya, i do disagree with rami that scottie was,at one point, a top 5 player in the NBA...in 93-94 he was at his best as the best SF in the game(great defense, rebounding, passing, overall ability not a terrific scorer but overall the best SF in the NBA) and probably the 3rd or 4th best player behind Olajuwon,Robinson, and maybe Ewing(ehhh idk about ewing tho)

Because Jordan was 1. Still a better scorer than Wilkins. 2. Still a better defender and 3. Was still the overall better player.

Yes he was. But that's what people were calling him. Cuz he didn't win. Am I right or wrong? You don't remember people saying he was a great talent but didn't know how to win?

because jordan without pippen was better than wilkins ever was

jordan was an all nba defender without pippen, and an MVP without pippen

jordan was also a better scorer than wilkins

in other words, even without pippen, jordan was better than wilkins easily

he wouldnt have won 6 rings but he'd have won a couple i do think that

he might but then he might not we will never know.

he's always been a winner..he won a championship at carolina...every season he was with the bulls he went to the playoffs...its not entirely his fault that his team was not great in the 80s and you had to contend with detroit, boston, and philly

btw have you ever watched jordan's 63 point performance against boston in 2 OT(i forget what year) but please...its not like all of the sudden scottie came and taught jordan how to win...

Yes he was.
Ok. So If Jordan was better than 'Nique as a player then Jordan without rings would not have been 'Nique. He would have been Jordan...without rings.

you totally misinterpreted what I said, though I still say Pippen wasn't much of a clutch player. My point was that was one aspect of his game he didn't do well in. Doesn't mean he was never a great player.

Pippens 94 Bulls team won against Olajuwon' Rockets by 12 points that season..They lost the first game against the rockets by 1 or 2 points while Pippen was still injured at the beggining of the regular season without Jordan on that seasons team....The Bulls definately would of had a shot at beating the Rockets in the finals had they of made it there..

Good thing we saw how much regular season matchups matter in the playoffs.

How'd the Bulls do in the Finals after they beat the He..........oh wait.

are we still arguing about pippen being clutch offensively?

he wasnt...he wasnt that type of player..you relied on kukoc or kerr or jordan to take the last shot not pippen.

pippen was a clutch defender but offensively(in which clutch is more associated although clutch does/should involve both sides of the ball) he was never clutch

My favorite teams
  1. Chicago White Sox
  1. Chicago Bulls
  1. Chicago Bears
  1. Nebraska Cornhuskers
  2. Villanova Wildcats
:obama: x 1 million.

You just made a really dumb statement. Without Pippen, Jordan would be Dominique? What????

So the only reason Jordan is better than Wilkins is rings? What??? Give me a break....
Yet, I'm an asshole because I put that guy on ignore.

PS. When you quote him, it makes the ignore function useless.

3/4 have been ignored!

DC was the one that said James worthy>lebron...i dont care what anyone else says, that is just...dumb...no other way around it..i cant possibly understand how anyone can come to that conclusion without having some ridiculous bias

He was the 4th. I don't care if it's an opinion or what, that is just a horrendous statement to make with absolutely no line of reasoning behind it.

My CCS experience has been much better since.
