LOS ANGELES, Calif. - The Los Angeles Kings have activated forward Colin Fraser from their non-roster list.

Fraser is expected to debut with the Kings on Thursday night against the Vancouver Canucks.

Los Angeles acquired Fraser from the Edmonton Oilers in late June when veteran Ryan Smyth demanded a trade back to Alberta.

The Kings then accused the Oilers of trading an injured player when they determined Fraser still hadn't fully recovered from a broken foot, which ended his final season in Edmonton last March. Fraser missed the first 15 games of this season while recovering from surgery.

Fraser is likely to replace Scott Parse, who went on injured reserve Wednesday with a lower-body injury.

Veteran forward Trent Hunter also is expected to return after a five-game injury absence.

LMAO, the San Jose Earthquakes stadium holds 10,300 people and they suck, but oversell capacity every game (actually averaged 11,858), but the 1st seed Dallas Stars are averaging 10,001, that's lower than most National Lacrosse League teams. :lmao:

My wife and I follow the Windsor Spitfires of the OHL and keep tabs on their alums. Adam Henrique is up with the Devils and has scored in three of his last for with seven points in nine games this season. He and Taylor Hall were the first picks of the new ownership group in Windsor and led them to back to back Memorial Cups in 09 & 10.

Henrique's centering the number one line with Parise, killing penalties and on the number two PP.

That's a greasy move right there.

Love the play by play guy though. Total Jim Carr call by him. If I could get down there, I'D BE STANDING UP TO THEM!

ok totally off topic since lucic was going for head, but....

if the goalie leaves the crease, he should be expecting to take a hit...if that would have been a clean hit, I wouldnt have minded

Lucic is a *****, lemme just start by saying that.

What kind of a coward who is much bigger then Miller might I add goes for a headshot just because he is butthurt he got beat to the puck because of his awful puck control.

Yeah you take a risk as a Goalie coming out of the crease but that was anything but a legit hit.

Technically, it wasn't a Jim Carr call, as I think it was a Chiefs away game, and it was (I think) the Peterborough announcer getting all gutsy screaming about the Hanson's who'd climbed into the stands to find the guy that chucked the keys to the camper at (I think) Jeff Hanson... of course I haven't seen the movie in years ( gotta do that soon though).

Why the do I remember that?! :obama: Man it must be all I got.

Yup, you're right.

I'm ashamed to have gotten it wrong :(
