Nothing against Vancouver

Why not?! **** em!

Boston can do this. Vancouver owned Chicago in the first two games in round 1 because they came out on fire and hit more than I've ever seen them hit. They were physical and legitimately intimidating. They knocked the Hawks down at every chance and they were excellent in delivering borderline hits that didn't get whistles blown.

How do you counter that? Hit right back. Boston can do that. They don't have the speed or skill that Vancouver has, but they have tougher guys that aren't going to shy away from anything. Unfortunately, Boston doesn't have great mobile defensemen which will make things rough for them... you need that ability to counter Vancouver's attack.

Should be a real aggressive, dirty series and I expect an actual fight or two. Boston isn't going to let Torres, Lapierre or even Kessler play their style of games.

Oh, and for the love of god, I hope the Bruins get someone in Luongo's face. Take a call or two if you have to, but slap him around and let him know he's going to lose.

That's why I'm for the Bruins.

Why not?

Mainly because I got nothing at stake in it either way. I am a hockey fan first, and a Hawks fan second - since the Hawks are out ... well, hopefully they will all be good, close games, aside from the historical/tradition angle that Boston represents (much like the Hawks did last season), it makes no difference to me.

However, that being said -to each their own. :beerbang:

Is it just my tv, or does NBC need to adjust their white balance?

Bruins need to get going. Vancouver has a ton of early momentum.

I guess I'm the only one rooting for Vancouver. I hate the Canucks, but Boston deserves another championship like they do a hole in the head.

Quite the high-scoring affair we've got going on here.
