We need a 3b bad. I would also take Cano for 2b, but we don't have the fan base to support his salary.

I expect Viciedo to get locked up in a few months.

Lets see that OBP go up a bit.

25 HR, and a 300 OBP isn't anything to brag about. Kubel, Cuddyer, Garret Jones, Morales, and much more are all out there.

He'll get at least 20 million a year, prolly more around the 25 million range. He'll either stay in NY or go to the Dodgers.

If we could add one impact player via FA or trades (realistically) who would ya pick?

It's hard to say since the Sox have no farm system. A guy that I think would be perfect would be Chase Headley. But I can't see the Sox having enough for him or winning the bidding war.

I wasn't bashing the Sox, damn! I mean if you want to trade the prospects that have the best chance of making the MLB, go for it and you may get a player. But for a veteran agng, I don't think that will be smart. The Sox are already an aging team and will be on the decline soon. Not basing the Sox again.

People say that, a lot, but that isn't true at all.

15 people on the team are 30 or under.

I want Santiago in the rotation. Axelrod blows against potent offense's.

The lineup is the fifth oldest in baseball right now, third in the league. Pitching is a little better with all the kids in the bullpen which brings the age to 18th oldest in baseball.

Axelrod is a decent guy that should be in the bullpen. Not a starter. Not good by the organization to have this staff behind Sale and Peavy. Gavin is so inconsistent. Axelrod isn't impressive. I like Quintana hopefully he develops

I stuck with Rios since he's been here. The guy is a solid baseball player.

Plenty wanted his ass gone, but they'd be in deep shit already this season if it wasn't for him.

Finances of baseball changed. He wasn't worth $12 million a season two, three years ago, even when he had good years. Now because of the higher and higher prices of contracts out there, $12 million for Rios is a fair contract.

Well that and at 31 he decided to put up career numbers. The contract looks awesome right now if he continues to produce at this level.

I'm specifically talking about Dunn, given the amount of coin he's getting paid.

Another 0'fer today. Go get Jason Kubel please.

This whole team sucks. I cant even watch them. I was going to order the baseball package but thank god i didn't. I knew we wouldn't be that great but thought we'd atleast be tolerable to watch. Outside of Rios it isn't.
