My favorite teams
I agree with this, I'm just pointing out the lack of complaining from others (not you and Scoot) about officiating when it is not the Bulls. End of the day Curry being shut down by Matthew Payton Delladedova, a missed dunk by Speights, and four* awfully stupid fouls by JR Smith had a much bigger impact. At the end of the day though, reffing didn't affect the outcome. Steph was historically bad and the Warriors weren't really up to their standard as a whole outside of Klay and they still managed to only lose by 2. Cleveland went out and won the game through sheer force of Lebron's will and the role players stepping up. We kind of figured there'd be a game like this anyway.
* I'm pretty 50/50 on the idea of whether or not fouls should be called for the shooter going into the contact like the one where JR eventually fouled out. In one sense, if you make that a no-call you're rewarding the defender for leaving his feet and biting on the pump fake. On the other hand, it just looks fucking silly for the shooter to flail into the body of a defender like that.
