Massive cost? Are they paying lux tax?

AKME will make some moves in the summer. They need more size and athleticism in the front court. They get manhandled on the boards and their bigs can’t get back and cover ground.

They weren’t supposed to do anything this year anyway

If you don't value 1st round picks then it isn't a big cost...it's whatever. If you do....then it was a big cost for an average schlep who doesn't do much to help you. He can't hit a big shot to save his life. Plays zero defense...and basically walks around with his head down playing with his mouth guard. True they weren't expected to do much this year...but after being 1st in the east for a good deal of the year...this has been a massive implosion.

Why does everybody talk about this team as if it matters where they get seeded in the playoffs? They aren't doing anything in the damn playoffs so who cares? Kendall Gill talking like it's so important they don't end up in play in game. Is the goal to not get swept in 1st round and it's a successful season? How can anyone think this team has a chance in hell to advance in the playoffs? Whatever floats your boat I guess.

Correct. However, playing like total ass and getting punked nightly hasn’t helped either. Injuries hurt but the mental/stupid mistakes and abysmal defense can’t really be excused.

Yeah, we all knew early that shit would happen....even if they had stayed healthy. I don't think anyone here thought this team was of championship quality. It don't happen overnight. They are making strides in the right direction and that's all you can ask for. I mentioned all the way back in pre season that they had the look of a playoff team and they do but the difference between a PO team and a championship contender is a big one. Some additions need to made.....you don't win titles without a PF.

So the troll that only appears when the Bulls lose can give it a rest.....you're not enlightening anyone, just looking stupid.
