Wanna see the bulls pull away by the half some. A nice 12 point lead or more. This pistons team minus grant is trash

LOL @ people blaming Vuc for this stuff instead of the elephant in the room which is Zach and Demar standing around and bringing zero physicality or hustle on the defensive end .

With Caruso and Javonte out the lack of physicality from both Zach and Demar is glaring at times in these games . Its why Billy sticks Ayo in the game quickly because you gotta get someone else out there that will stick his nose in there and fight and hustle the entire possession besides Zo.

Thats the difference between the first 15 ands this last stretch defensively . Both Zach and Demar chased down those 50/50 balls hard now they are standing flat footed for too many possessions waiting for someone else to make those hustle plays

Vuc took a tech in the first half at first I’m like dummy why then I saw the elbow to the face of white and he was just defending him. Got to give him credit for that

Billy Donovan is a real treat after the likes of Jim Boylen.

Ayo is a future all star

Games like these are good to work guys into shape, if someone is coming off an absense or struggling...feed them while we're up 30

Where did I say they were holding the team back ? The energy they displayed on the defensive end is nowhere as good as it was the first 15 games and you cant play effective small ball without it even moreso with Caruso and Green out . The fact that the offense has been rolling but Billy is harping on the defensive slippage speaks to this .

You’re missing the point. You can’t expect Zach and Demar to keep up that same level of intensity while taking on the offensive workload they do. Also, go look at tonight’s box score and tell me they aren’t bringing energy. Even on lower scoring nights, they are rebounding and assisting at high rates

Well this was a beat down.

And I'm upset that Jones Jr didn't get garbage minutes as I expected he would once Demar and the rest of the starters got benched in the 1st. I'd be cashing super hard if he had like 10 more fantasy points.

What offensive workload this isn't a case where the team is struggling offensively? The more offensive contributions they have gotten from others the more lax their defense has become .

The box score doesn't tell the whole story . As soon as Billy stuck Ayo and TBJ out there and nothing else changed besides the Bulls simply stopped being out hustled they took control .

That somehow you are saying that Zach and Demar shouldn't be expected to play defense to start games because of the offensive load they must carry is taking excuse making to the next level . They dont have to be perfect but the small ball does not work unless all 5 guys are hustling and active .

Gotta save Jones for Durant tomorrow

Statement W!

not yet but they have a real chance to earn some leaguewide respect the next week or so .

You get a shot at

Kyrie and Durant tonite on national tv
Curry and the Warriors Friday on national tv
Another shot at the Cavs
then you get JA
then you get a shot at Giannis the day before all star voting ends

They are 13-7 against teams over .500 and thats primarily because teams like the Lakers ,Wizards , and others are all hovering around .500 constantly dropping one game below or above .

This is huge stretch coming up for this team
