They should get no more than a 2 for him and a low one at that. The contract isn't crazy but it's certainly no bargain. If the 9ers draft Lance, I don't see Jimmy going anywhere this year, at least not until the trade deadline.

If Teddy B is costing a 6th, there is no way Jimmy G is costing more than a 5th.

That is what I think happens. The Bears try and double dip in the 1st round once the top 5 QBs are gone and they grab the next best QB after getting a OT.

I was thinking the same thing except reality is if thinking ahead we won’t have an ot locked in for 2022. Not every team has a luxury roster that can go into an offseason with no ot on the roster like the chiefs did
