Drop Mitch, let Foles start, don’t resign ARob, and most importantly let Nagy be him.
Ok. Mitch is already gone so that was easy. As bad as they were they were actually 8-8 this year....

Given that the Bears are probably going to be playing these games without Robinson and at least one defensive star due to the cap situation without adding any big players to replace them, I only see four games I would expect the Bears to be favored in.

4-12 seems likely.

I count 5-6 wins at the most.

I have no idea after what we witnessed outside a couple first pick finalists that makes people think Minnesota and Detroit are gimmes. Baffles me

I'll officially be cheering for them to lose every single game except for Bears @ Lions.

3-13, everyone gets fired, new GM and coach get a top 3 pick in 2022.

If we were smart 1-15

This is the point where a new GM would look at the Bears' next season schedule, unload big numbers off the books (Massie, Leno, Hicks, maybe Fuller), give the coach nothing to work with at QB other than Foles, and enjoy your Top 3 draft pick in 2022.

It might happen anyway unintentionally.

The Nagy special is keeping it close, either in games where he does enough in garbage time to make the loss a respectable one score, or in seasons where he beats up enough bad teams to go 8-8.

Doesn't look like that's possible next year. There just are not enough bad teams to farm for even a mediocre season. Either he puts out an actual quality football team, or the Bears win 4-5 games. I doubt even this brain trust can bring everyone back after that, but then no level of ineptitude from this franchise would shock me at this point.

Isn't the nfl most likely adding a 17th game next season? No more .500 for Nagy. Looking at a 5-11/12 season.

Not sure, why don’t you look that up and get back to use...this may loom large

Except we won’t have a first round draft pick.
