Bulls finally beat Philly, though Embiid did not play.

Zach went nuts from three. Do that more often.

Damn Zach went off. Had a hunch Embiid was out when I saw the score

Vuc with a triple double too. Way to take advantage of no Embiid

I didn’t get a chance to watch last night, but the radio said PWill had a great third quarter. Can anyone confirm?

Zach and Pat scored most of the points in the 3rd quarter, or at least it seemed that way

I know they're playing on the 2nd half of a back to back, but that's no reason to make this game a Markkanen dunk contest sheesh

strange feeling to be more enthused that they beat a subpar team as opposed to a better one…but they’ve struggled against these types of teams. Seems like they’ve been playing better and correcting a lot of the wrongs we’ve all been waiting for since last season. If they can keep this level of play up, they won’t need to rely on the play in game, but with this team, you never know.

Donovan Mitchell dropped 71 points and beat the Bulls in OT
I’m not happy with where they are at but I’m also intrigued.

Their record against top eastern teams has to make us wonder if they are built for playoffs when Ball returns, Lavine peaks late, DeRozan saves some this year for the end, and Williams keeps improving.

If Ball can just get into condition I wonder about this team. Blow it up in the off-season. If anything they should acquire a power forward for some peripheral pieces.

Yeah, it’s so hard to hit 11/13…

If you hit 2 or 3 in a row you feel the need to heat check and your teammates start expecting you to shoot anything open vibe or not.

It’s harder to hit the second 5 with the ego from the first 5 if you start thinking about it.

Half the league could go out and hit 11/13 in a practice session by noon but in an NBA game where they react and send their best length perimeter defender at you, or double teams…

It’s just surprising these guys don’t do it more often or Steph doesn’t have 20 games like that.

But even for them 8 of 10 in game will go to their head and it’s a hard stat to finish.

Buddy Heald and Lauri Markennan for instance can hit like 50 in a row in practice.

I'd have to agree at this point.

Maybe if they tell us he's doing full practices soon, we can have some hope.

We're 5 days away from a year since his 4-6 week injury.

No reason to believe otherwise at this point.

He hasn’t been able to really do any running or jumping, and he’s even had pain just walking up stairs. The amount of rehab and time he’ll need to get his lower body back to where it was will be extensive. Hopefully he’ll be ready by next season. If he’s still not ready by opening game next year, he’s likely done for good.

Reinsdorf medical team strikes again lol
Perhaps. Both surgeries were supposedly successful and Lonzo has had knee issues his entire career. Likely why NOLA let him walk. Might not be on the medical team this time. It’s apparently the bone bruise that’s the issue and those do take a long time to heal.

Given Lonzo's injury history, I'm not going to blame the Bulls medical team on this one.

More off-ball Zach! He's elite off the catch and shoot and the team plays with more energy.
