We all know this…the question is why is BD still playing him?
Well, I’m glad everyone else had FINALLY realized what I’ve been telling everyone on here since his rookie year

Also, BD isn’t playing him tonight. He’s played 3 min and looked terrible and BD pulled him and hasn’t put him back in and we are almost to the end of the 3rd quarter

regardless of what happens with the bulls playoff run one thing is clear...lavine is not worth the money he'll be looking for. he's shrunk behind derozan and has been nothing more than a role player instead of a guy that can take over games and be that true alpha. Hopefully management sees that and rethinks the strategy on building this team forward.
he's like a Robin who thought he was Batman

I’ve never seen a playoff team basically guaranteed to lose by 20 against any good team.

the bulls have nobody who will grind like an Oakley or Noah, no toughness inside at all...they're an Eastern Conference team playing Western Conference Ball getting punked by Bobby Portis and Grayson Allen....Portis just punked one of your stars on National TV not a single teammate came over to push him off

Missed the game but this sounds right. Bunch of punks

I tried telling people the bulls didn’t have enough 3 point shooting to play with the big boys to start the season. It’s showing up bigly in the playoffs.

Literally the difference in today’s game…the bucks shot 51.5% from 3 to the bulls 25%, and made 8 more of them than the bulls. So the bucks won the 3 point line by 24 points…the exact margin of defeat today

Can’t have Vuc and Derozan go 1-11 from 3

They got no business shooting that many to begin with. And if that’s on billy, then so be it

I am not a professional basketball talking person but it seems to me that the two fold strategy of let the other team shoot wide open 3s while you team tries contested 20 foot 2-pointers is not a recipe for success

This team was never going to do anything in the playoffs this year, we've known their weaknesses from the start. But yet at the same time they've still managed to disappoint by playing like the worst team in the playoffs, and at times maybe the worst team in the league. Somehow, despite being a clearly better team than in the last few years, it still feels just as awful.

Who would've thought going into the series that Grayson freaking Allen was going to be the Bucks best player not named Giannis? Lethal Shooter is a heck of a shooting coach man

No way Grayson keeps shooting 3s at this clip, but in the short run it's killing the Bulls. Lackluster closeout perimeter defense is inexcusable.

Is it me or have the refs been pretty ticky tacky both ways? I've not been watching as much NBA til lately, but the Warriors game was much better. It seems so random when they decide to call incidental & non-touch fouls while letting other blatant shots go? ?‍♂️
Obviously has nothing to do with the outcome, but makes the game even that much more frustrating to watch. Bulls are softies for rarely getting pissed and upping their game in response.

It’s almost as if the bulls lack shooters
Bulls got problems, but I also give a lot of credit to Milwaukee's defense.

Counting out the bubble playoffs.. the previous two seasons Milwaukee had MVP (or candidate) Giannis, they've kept their 1st round opponent's offensive rating to pretty much where the Bulls are now.

2018-19 - Detroit 96.8 (3rd to last)
2020-21 - Miami 96.6 (last)
2021-22 - Chicago 94.2 (last)

Even in the bubble, while all offensive numbers are inflated, their opponent, Orlando was 3rd to last in those playoffs (102.5).

Milwaukee may have been 14th in defensive rating this year, but they've turned it on for the playoffs.

While I agree that the bucks are a good defensive team, the number of missed open 3 point shots by the bulls this series has been staggering.

Yes, the bucks play good defense. But even when the bulls had wide open looks, they still have been missing them at too high of a rate

It's a twofold issue. Bucks defense is very good, Bulls are also very bad. They compound each other and the result is the Bulls look like a team that should be vying for a top 5 pick.
