Color me not impressed. Two players over 60 .....One player currently has barely over a 60 grade. And by the skin of his teeth at that.
Talk about a total failure of a draft!!

LMAO, I was told to start a thread.

Now lets add the PFF scores of the top 4 picks of the 2023 Bears and compare them to the PFF scores of the Lions top four picks.

Bears 227.5
Lions 283.8

Now lets discuss wasted draft capitial

#12 on a backup RB that cant catch and cant hang on to the ball.
#18 on a poorly graded 2 down LB

I pray the Lions keep drafting just like the did last season.

Thankfully they pissed away all that draft capital from the Stafford trade on I whisper of a WR that has a gambling addiction that cant catch, a backup RB that cant catch and fumbles, a one year wonder TE, and a bunch of who cares on defense.

As opposed to a top ten OT that gets beat like a stray dog?
Lets see, you drafted him t0th overall, Lions drafted Sewel 7th overall.
That's pretty close. Care to compare? (hint, Sewel's rookie PFF grade was over 80)

Whiff

LMFAO. Add DJ Moore and this years No.1 pick to that horrible draft, you moron. Now do the math and try spinning that.
DJ Moore is not a draft pick....
Who is the moron?
That would be like adding your overpriced FA LB to the mix,
This thread is about wasting draft picks.
Dam! The Bears do that pretty well, but I guess it doesn't matter as long as the position is right, doesn't matter if they suck major ass.

Why did you lose to a team with such poorly graded rookies who are integral parts of the team?

I think the Lion's struggles against the Bears says more about Detroit than Chicago.
Lions have won 3 of the last four against the lowly Bears.

Love how you left off Terrel Smith and his 74 grade which is pretty the same as Branch.

Oh how is Jameson Williams working out? Remember how you defended trading up and blowing a 1st on him? Imagine using a first on the equivalent of Velus Jones Jr.

We moved down so DJ was part of the ransom and so was this years pick. They count.

No, it does not.
Does it count in respect to the overall offseason? Yes, of course.
It does not count towards evaluating and selecting players in the draft
It's not that hard

Remember that time the Lions spent a 1st round pick on a RB to backup Monty and average the same YPC doing so as our 6th rounder did backing up Monty last year?

Lions spent a 2nd rounder to draft a player comparable to Terrel Smith who we got in the 5th.

Spent a 1st on a player comparable to VJJ taken in the 3rd.

Spent a 1st on a player comparable to Herbert drafted in the 6th.

Spent a first on a player being outplayed by undrafted Jack Sanborn.

Good times.

Herbert could not even hold Gibb's Jock strap. Just as I told you, his YPC would drop this year. As for the rest, at least the Lions did not spend 2 number ones on a bust QB then nearly a 1st on a complete waste of a WR.

And yet, lets compare PFF scores of this year.

Oh but wait, you want to try your vortex voodoo.
Sorry, not going to work, the Lions draft picks are outperforming the Bears draft picks, and it is not even close.

Oh, and you want no part of comparing Sewell's rookie PFF grade to Wrights, you run from that comment like normal.

Poles just is not all that great at drafting.

The 2023 draft class is more than just the first 4 rounds though. Nice cherry picking
