Bulls easy. We had two years of evidence that this is a mediocre group of players.

The Bears are currently in a rebuild with no proof of concept yet.

Definitely the Bulls. At least the Bears can continue to rebuild with high picks in the upcoming draft if this season is another failure. Bulls can't build through the draft reliably for another 3 years probably
