Anyway, no extension for Patrick Williams. He wanted $20M, apparently.

Patrick Williams and Justin Fields are the same person.

Haven't made the season thread yet, but will make it today

I feel like PWill wanting $20M is either media blowing smoke or PWill is the most delusional player we've had in a long time

I remember thinking what the hell was that when they drafted Williams. -- If he is that great, why isn't he starting.

We found out why he wasn't starting. Although a gifted athlete, he has no motor, no aggressiveness, I don't see a love of the game. don't see a competitor. I see an athlete playing basketball but not a basketball player.

If they are not solidly in the playoffs at the trade deadline they need to tear this thing down, including the front office

Other than Minnesota taking a hit off the pipe with that McDaniels contract, comparable players got 13-15 per. That would have been a reasonable deal for Pat. He has got to take a huge leap forward this season if he wants 20.
