The part that I was looking at is the walks explanation. It sounds like Horton's off speed has big movement. So hitters are able to sit on those pitches more. So it sounds more fine tuning and pitch sequence.
I was not 100% behind the opinion as watching pitching ninja, pitchers have huge movement in MLB. To the point that they are making hitters drop the bat with them. May pitching today is one of those guys that make hitters look foolish
