Its hard to compare considering this was a lockout shortened season. I heard somewhere that statistically the 2013 Blackhawks are in the top five (or something like that) teams of all-time.

They had a terrific season and yes, broke records, but again all within a shortened season. I think it's one thing to be the best team in 2013, another to claim they are a top five team of all-time in a lockout shortened year.

Personally, I think comparing the previous Cup winning team is easier to do and gives us a starting point at least. IMO, the 2010 team was better lines 1-3, worse in the net, about the same on defense... and I considered that team the best "team" to win the Cup in the salary cap era.

I get that it's hard to put them in an order. But to not say that they are top 50? They beat a team that was bigger and more physical, they beat a team that was better coached, they beat a team that won it all last year. They beat a team that... well really sucked and they were supposed to beat and was down to their 3rd goalie... I think they were one of the top teams because they showed how easily they could adapt to the other teams and win. And also never say die and come back from being down in the series.

I still have no plan yet as to what I'm going to do... I may just go straight to the park, but the street was pretty fun last time. I hate to go solo, so I'm hopefully going to find some of my friends around the route.

I'll likely be at Daley Plaza... I don't trust all the hooligans trying to stop the motorcade before it arrives at 11. I just don't want to be late like I was today trying to get merchandise from Hawkquarters today... God was THAT a Madhouse... -.-

30 minute fucking wait and I didn't even go through 1/3 of the store. -.-

i was in grant park and 2010 was by far a better rally in my humble opinion as in 10 i did not have to choose parade or rally ....in 2010 i was properly positioned to see both and this year it was basically impossible to do both

it was a good rally just disappointed i had to choose one or the other wouldnt have missed it for the world tho
