Thats soooo funny. Had there been a few extra games of the season left or if the wild were still in playoff contention I wonder what the suspension really would have been.



Its good to see some sort of action on things like headbutts even though it pretty much means nothing at this point. Still have to wonder how those Canuck prics get away with their shit actions like headbutts.

I think the issue, is not crying about the 5 games. But the complete failure of the NHL to be consistant with the punishment and lack of punishment and various rulings they dole out.



The NHL said Sedin's hit to Keith prior to his bellringer was a shoulder to the head not an elbow, bullshit if you saw the play clearly an elbow.



Last year vs Vancouver, the Torrez play behind the net. The NHL rulings are all over the place and are rarely consistant with comparable offences.

And again Keith deserved what ever they gave him. The fact the NHL called the hit to KEITH from Sedin "shoulder to shoulder" says volumes. I'm not sure wtf Rosh saw up there but I did not fucking CRY over anything except the CLEAR double standard and consistency the NHL has shown ALL fucking year where suspensions are concerned.

The Prosser headbutt is nowhere near the violence level of the Keith hit, so a 1 game suspension is pretty consistent. Do you want him to also get a 5 game suspension? I don't get what you are so angry about. Repeat offender Doan gets 3 for an elbow? Still nowhere near as blatant and dangerous as Keith.

While I agree that the NHL suspensions are a joke and inconsistent at time, I don't think it has been so wildly inconsistent with the latest suspensions. Just got to deal with it.

Sorry, I misspoke. they ruled Sedin lead with his shoulder and I believe said nothing about hitting Keith in the head.

Why are you guys upset that Shanny did not suspend Sedin when Keith took care of handing out a suspension to Sedin? I am sure Shanny took in account of the suspension Keith had already given Sedin.
