Stalberg sucks.

nice game by Scott.

Emery big time again.... nice shootout stops.

Duncan Keith looked like he was back in form.

Seabrook looked like he had a rock in both skates.... something was up.

Hossa is a BEAST!!!! I couldn't believe that sequence in the 3rd when he just tooled EVERYONE!

Tazer yet again showing why he is the best in the league and not a issy pussy like Crosby who sits out when he has "a wittle headahce". If I was Crosbitch, I'd be scared to play against Toews too.....

Kane also rules!!!!

I thought Emery was good but the shootout stops? Hardly challenged IMO.

Either way I'd like to see Q start him on Friday too. The team seems comfortable with him and they do a good job in front of him by limiting teams movement to get him to move side-to-side.

Two points is always two points, but do they always have to get them by giving up at least 3 goals and going to OT/SO. I'd like to see this team win in regulation with more than a 1 goal cushion. Sick Kane goal and Toews patented 5-hole shot worked.

Yeah I said in chat that JT needs to go 5 hole (he did) and Kaner needs to do fake shot, forehand deke, backhand shot and he almost did left out of fake shot but his big move was a forehand deke to make backstrom dive out of the way. Like I said to my brother it was fucking criminal.

The last 4 games Stalberg was on the 4th line for the majority of his ice-time. What did you expect?

On his assist he made space for Toews and drew 2 defenders which opened up ice for Toews to skate in without anyone touching him. No Stalberg, no space, no goal. Obviously Toews made an incredible move as well, but he got a lot of help there with Stalberg opening a lane.

As far as Frolik, he didn't even play 10 minutes. Also 2 of his goals are EN, and shit, the goal he had today my grandma could have scored... all Kruger there.
And just so I'm clear, you are saying the last four games he's been on the 4th line? Because that's not where I've seen him. And that's not where he starts the game, so he's not bad because he's been on the fourth line, even though he starts on the first. The fact that he's on the fourth line should also be an indication of how bad he's playing.

And now all of a sudden there are shit goals but not shit assists, and none of Stalbergs goals were shit? The fact is that at least the last two assists from stalberg were shit. The beautiful feed from Toews to Kane in the Pheonix game was just him making a horrible clearing attempt trying to get the puck out of the zone. Toews happened to chase it down. This one, he was just in the way of the puck and Toews came in and took it away. Both of those assists don't happen without him being on the ice with Kane and Toews. When he had the precious 10 points in 12 games I said I was happy for him but that "He did this same exact thing last year". He had a good stretch early in the season and then vanished again. He has no consistency and that's all I asked for. The fact that he was pulled off the top line last night for Frolik who as we all know is a worthless player, should tell you how well he's been playing.

Made him look like a damn fool.

Poor backstrom though, he didn't know what to do, it was such an unusual move. Where's Klemmer to weigh in when we need him. I'm pretty sure off speed fucks with all the goalies. It was like when Eberle did that move really early last year again the lightning, fucked up the goalie's timing and spacing.

Sure he started the games on the 1st line but Q pulled him off there in favor of Carcillo for the most part due to his obsession with match-ups... as soon as he saw the opposing team messing with TK he put Carcillo there.

Last game Stalberg/Toews/Kane was used for 34% of the game even-strength -- by far the most of any line by almost 10%

Frolik/Toews/Kane never saw the ice together. Not even by mistake. The closest Frolik was to the top line was Carcillo/Toews/Frolik... if you even want to call that a top line, it was for a whole 0.52% of the game.

He wasn't in way of the puck, he drew two defenders clear as day and Toews picked it up and walked right in, it was a cycle play. Sure it wasn't a beautiful pass but its a perfect example of how his speed creates space for the big guns to work. Even if he didn't get the assist there he was a big factor just for drawing two defenders to open space. It's not a matter of a pretty pass.

Frolik's goal, he drove to the net which is nice to see... Kruger's pass was right on the tape and it went in. Frolik was even surprised he scored lol. I think there are bigger problems on this team than Stalberg. Frolik is one of them, Bolland another, Bickell.... that "magical" line everyone thought was going to be amazing this season has no chemistry at all and really almost like our 4th line instead of our 3rd.

i like all my blackhawks. There's no such thing as shit points. If you think so, you're just a fucking hater.

Stalberg is a good player, he obviously is still developing he never spent much time in the minors, let alone at all on Rockford and I like it this way. Guy with his speed doesnt need to develop his sense and hands to a slower league.
