On....what?  I've said all season long, it's too bad Frolik's cap hit is as high as it is. Would've preferred they kept him, turns out it wasn't possible with how Bickell played, kinda sucks seeing as how well he clicked with Kruger on the PK. Don't see where I'm making a big deal out of anything.</p>

Frolik was a 1st round pick slated to be a top 6 forward until a year ago when it finally hit him that if he wanted to stay in the league he needed to change. He did and was great at his role....regardless he was getting 2.4 million for a role that can be picked up. </p>

Don't forget Sharp was a GREAT penalty killer with an outrageous 7 shorties in 2007.... he is an after thought though on the pk for some reason.</p>

Let's put this in perspective and decide whether this is a good trade or not.</p>

We traded a 2nd and a 3rd plus Frolik to Winnipeg in exchange for Oduya and 3rd and a 4th.</p>
