He made some good plays and really didn't make any mistakes out there. Not sure why Q demoted him.

When Eddie No stated that Saad was voted the "Most Gentlemanly Player in the OHL" it's apparent Saad fits the bill of what Bowman wants in his team.

How about Stalberg on the fourth line all of a sudden? Really?

I was baffled. Time for Q to stack his lines.

Stalberg/Toews/Kane

Bickell/Bolland/Frolik

Sharp/Kruger/Saad

Bollig/Mayers/Brunette

The two players most of us hate or frustrate us the most are the only ones that scored tonight. The 2 players we all question when ever Q puts them in the lineup (myself included). Q has been getting out coached this series and he has made questionable decisions here and there. But I guess a couple of them did pay off tonight while others didn't.

Let me know when Q goes 1 for 13 on the PP. More often than not you aren't going anywhere with that sort of powerplay production. And you can spin that one all you want on coaching and the powerplay set up, system etc etc. That only works for so long. At 1 for 13 it's not going to be all about coaching anymore.

Let me know when Q can't make a routine save 2 OT's in a row.

Let me know when Q keeps turning over the puck below the blueline or gets caught pinching in when he is too slow to get back into the play.

It's not all about coaching, it's not all about the system. Sometimes you can point at players for making big mistakes or misplays. Those are the plays that are killing us. Q hasn't been lights out and his same weirdness continues but yikes Pez you gotta pin some of this on the players themselves a little here.

Special teams are ALL about coaching, when you have the talent the Hawks have. Don't be naive. PP has gotten progressively worse for two straight seasons.

The only difference I ever see btw the Hawks pp and other teams is the Hawks shoot it into too many shin pads and legs from the point, the Hawks don't make the connection on the back door play and the Hawks don't move their legs enough. That to me speaks on the players themselves. Oh and Brunette sucks on it after all we heard about how great of a pp guy he is.

The only thing I see that can be pined on coaching is the play is rarely started on the left side. 9.5 out of 10 times the play is constantly started on the right side of the ice. Predictable as much as you bitching about Q after each game lol.

Maybe the other thing that can be blamed on the coaches is who they put out there on the PP. Not sure if they have many other options though sometimes.

When was the last time one of our defensemen teed up (or even attempted) a one timer?

It's gotta be frustrating a hell to the guys that go to the net on the PP. They're getting smacked around there and yet no shots ever get through.

Phoenix shot blocks galore. No one on the points moving side to side to open a lane before shooting, just shots straight into shin pads. No one timers either.

Thanks guys. I moved down to Louisiana last September RK. IHN was down for a good long while there and I stopped looking for it, then after game 3 I decided to check again and how about that it was back! Which ref was that who was standing exactly 10 feet from the hit? I'd love to send him a box of glasses.

Welcome back I wondered what the **** happened to you. They changed ISP's. It was the linesman. He wouldn't have made that call, although certainly could have gone to Walcom.

Figures they were fucked out of a goal tonight.

You could make the case that losing Hossa has been the difference in two very tight games. Losing Torres doesn't seem to have bothered Phoenix one bit, go figure.

BTW did anyone else catch Keenan on the pregame show making a case for Torres being as great a loss to the Yotes as Hoss to the Hawks.

Fucking moron.

Thats 2 playoff series in a row with key Blackhawks players being targeted with cheap shots to take them out of the game. Can't beat them straight up so you must take out their core players. **** Buttman and the NHL.
