Every try a steak done "Pittsburgh" style?..Its awesome..What they do is turn the flame up as high as they can and sear the outside of the steak until crispy, then they do the other side the same way..You can have it done rare or medium...You get a real crispy outside and a nice slightly bloody inside if you order it medium like I do..Try it, you wont be disappointed
