Mortars are fun. The worst that will happen to him, is having to carry a little more weight than your light guys. But that also gives him the advantage of being in the back and getting trucked around the most of a ground troop. Plus they are seldom used now because it's not smart to fire wide burst shells where tons of civilians roam.

Well, you mentioned anarchy in an earlier post. I'm not sure which anarchy you support, because it is one of the long list of political terms that is constantly misused.
Most people think of anarchy, and they think of wild humans. That's a fear-mongering skewing of th word based on exaggerations and not any truths.
Anarchy in a form of politics, is a state of free power for all people.
Anarchy terms of a society or utopia, is a base of where individuals are responsible for their own lives with no intervention.

Moving towards the third one would allow us to govern ourselves and rebuild the system towards a slightly less free policy(still more free than we see today), but one that divides power by the nature of the system, and not by punishing the able and ambitious in order to turn ourselves into false-equals.
