Consider yourself learn-ed.

Has this thread been successfully de-railed or should I keep going?

Who's hungry for tacos?!!?!?!?![/quote]

It has been WAY derailed from Adult Swim speak but nevertheless, I would LOVE some carne asada tacos for lunch today! {{sighs}} If only there were proper taquerias in the Loop.

Oh I know. I just never needed drugs to understand Wonder Showzen... it's like somebody thought one of their "trips" would make a good show.

Yeha no shit, that show is fucked up I can't stop watching it once I start, I always it expect it to click and then I'll just understand what the hell is going on (like about the 3rd or 4th time you watch ATHF) but it never does, i'm as lost as ever.

I think that's what bothers me about it... it's like I kept watching, waiting for a punchline to a joke that never came.

Yeah that's exactly it, I keep waiting for it to just do something, or hit me in the face with funny and it just keeps getting weirder....

As for Metalocalypse, I'm pretty sure they are the unspoken truth. Spectacular.

That was the one show I couldn't get into because it was so all over the place all the time, and I didn't understand a lot of the basic concepts. Then finally one night I saw like 4 in a row. And decided it was genius. The movie only helped further that. Can't get enough now, even though it's all over the place.

That's the thing with ATHF. When I was laid up for three months, my neighbor brought me over the first season. I watched a few episodes thinking to myself "Why does anyone watch this?" Then in the middle of the 3rd or 4th episode I just started laughing, and I couldn't stop. I told the neighbor and he said that is how it goes. When the wife came home I sat her down and made her watch it. She has a low tolerance for stupid. I know, why is she with me, ha ha. She complained and barely paid attention then, suddenly, and without warning, just started laughing.

He said about the woman that willingly watches reality television and that married him.

Anyone watch Eagleheart? Kind of a Chuck Norris Spoof. I've never been a big fan of Chris Elliott as a lead, not too bad in the background, so I didn't think this would be much, but it's actually pretty funny and he doesn't end up annoying the shit out of me, maybe because they are only like 12 minutes long. Conan's company produces it so maybe that's why it's good.

Family Guy has been awful for a couple of years now. American Dad on the other hand has been improving the last couple of years with only a few duds here and there.

The new Futurama episodes have been great after a slightly shaky re-start. The last one was pure Futurama gold.

Cowboy Bebop is the only anime that I thought was good. Otherwise I have problems with anime.

Yeah Family Guy is flat right now. American Dad I watch it but usually meh. Futurama just seems like the same plot recycled every episode. Robot Chicken has been horrid this season (all 4 episodes of it or whatever).
