Yes, I'm 'beyond help' for questioning the abilities of an organization that has failed at:
1. Putting a competent product on the field at all for the last 3 years. 34 points per game allowed over last 13 games with a defensive head coach.
2. Essentially hiring a 1st time defensive minded head coach before a 1st time GM was hired. Alternative theory: giving a 1st time GM only 3 options on who to hire as head coach.
3. New stadium site after purchasing a bunch of land in Arlington Heights, then backtracking after new president hired to try to get a better deal only to short term sabotage those efforts.
4. Illogical messaging (examples: Nate Davis's prolonged absences, Alan Williams abruptly quitting, every injury being day to day until they randomly end up on IR, still yet to acknowledge the defensive coordinator quit).
5. Not a single draft pick in 3 years that they've hit on that could even be classified as average (save for maybe the punter).
6. Hiring a first time OC who designed an offense with receivers routinely running into the same space assuming the play actually comes in on time and they don't get delay of game penalty.
7. An offensive line that had 0 suitable backups ready to play in the event any of their starters got hurt despite having the most cap space of any team in the league.
8. Acquiring a top receiver only to have 11 catches (15 targets) in 3 games. 5 targets per game to the best player on your offense - SMART!
9. A secondary full of high end draft picks who routinely cannot stay on the field due to injuries.
10. Taking 2 project DTs in round 2 and 3 despite glaring holes across the entire offensive and defensive line needing guys ready to play ASAP.
11. A defense that has somehow gotten worse despite receiving the vast majority of resources in free agency and the draft.
These are just some examples off the top of my head just within the last 3 years. If you'd like for people to add more, I'm sure there are plenty more examples. It's an incompetent organization that hasn't won anything of substance since 2006 (getting to the super bowl) or won the super bowl since 1986.
