I would buy a cabin in a remote area by a fresh water lake. Nowhere near the meth lab people of the city.

I do too. When I'm traveling for work and come home later in the week... my DVR is spammed with Alaska shit.
I've never even visited Alaska but I'm ready to pack up and move there, lol.

Most people go during the summer. Make sure you check out a winter first! But if you can do a remote cabin on a lake, do it up! I would love to. A bunch of my coworkers can live where the want but I have to be close to our lab. If not, I would be there in a heartbeat.

Work is a problem for me as well. Even though I could work from anywhere in the world, my job requires me to go into the office for whatever reason. Pretty lame.
I would have to just quit and pack everything up and move. Maybe in a few years.
