So later when Team A wants a player that costs 1 million more in trade value, they use the TE to offset the difference legally.

ok cool. Because i was using the trade machine on ESPN and you can use a trade exception on there as well which i didnt know. We would receive Melo, Cleveland gets Deng, Denver gets Taj,JJ,Bogans. Of course you would throw in draft picks the Bulls have and possibly what the Nuggets could send to Cleveland plus whatever Cleveland sends them. Remember the Cavs already went on record saying they will take on bad contracts. They won't give up their pick because thats a potential number one pick.

IMO if Carmelo has a change of heart later, say because a deal with the Knicks can't be worked out, the Nets will have the offer back on the table quick smart.

Yes because I'm sure the Nuggets scouts haven't noticed the insane amount of minutes Deng has been playing and are just reading box scores and stat lines.

I think the Nuggets might be more interested in Galinari than Deng. Deng's contract will be much more valuable to the Bulls 2 years from now...

CARMELO IS NOT COMING HERE! This is all a play by his agent to try & force the Knicks into giving more to satisfy Denver. Melo is going to NY one way or another. It's really that simple. And quite honestly, I don't want Melo. I'm not a fan of players who insist on trades thru the media & basically tells the team that gave him his chance in this league "**** your offer! My wife wants to live in NY!" Maybe it's just the old school coming out in me, I dunno.

Our team is on pace for 56 wins. 56 wins! And we've only had our full squad together for 9 games! We haven't even scratched the surface with this team & I'd rather see this good chemistry & high energy play continue & see where it takes us. I don't think there is a team in this league that we can't beat (except maybe Charlotte hehe) on any given night.
