Ben Johnson already said this isn't gonna be a drag and drop offense. He's gonna build the offense around Caleb. It's not gonna look the same.

Do you really think Johnson took the job despite knowing Caleb was not right for his O?
Or do you think he took the job fully confident he could design an O Caleb can excel at?
I love how bitter Lions fans think they know more about how Johnson's offense works and who can excel in it more than Johnson himself.

Johnson literally said he sat down goff and built a playbook around what goff did well and asked him what he didnt like and what went wrong on the rams.
Good OC's should evolve their offense to fit the players on the team.

first of all, it was never Ben Johnsons offense, it was Dan Campbells offense, Johnson only called the plays from Campbells play-sheet, which you are going to learn very quickly also I for one am not bitter at Johnson taking a HC position, that's what coordinatos strive for

Lol, at 3:50 Johnson made it clear when he was a 1st time play caller he didnt have a playbook and put the Detroit playbook with the help of Goff. He said nothing about Campbell. **** outta here.

Detroit Lions new offensive coordinator Ben Johnson developed this offense with veteran quarterback Jared Goff in mind.
The two sat down this offseason and watched film, and Johnson implemented things Goff liked to do in the past when he was a Pro Bowler in 2018 and 2019 and guided the Los Angeles Rams to the Super Bowl in 2018. Johnson also added things from his previous coaching stops that he liked.
"We watched a lot of stuff," Goff said Tuesday. "We watched my old stuff. We watched stuff that he likes from his past. Just kind of went through every piece of the past game in terms of how we want to build it and how he wants to build it, mostly."

So, I am guessing you have forgotten that Dan Campbell was never an OC to have his own offense.
He literally went from TE coach to Asst HC/TE coach to HC and was never an OC or a playcaller.
