And as for the Pens, that's only if they don't get Parise. I guess same goes for the Red Wings.

I think it's smart to give that to Crosby. That's cheap considering what he's done in the past, so it's not too much of a gamble. If he has another concussion, that sucks. But I saw somewhere that it wasn't all guaranteed money so it wouldn't matter either way.

Now he can't walk and if he ends up being okay health-wise from now on, it's a steal. Pens are smart. And he's doing his best to lobby Parise to go there.
