His long speed is all over his tape as is his contact balance and stiff arm. His speed and strength are not an issue. I have know idea how he'll hand time but if he were crossing the laser he very much looks like a 4.42-4.38 player from what I've seen.

Big 12 defenses in those days were comically bad.
5'9 215 and 4.42 at minimum... Ok we shall see because he looks closer to 4.50-4.45 to me. Contact balance and broken tackles are the result of physical traits like strength and explosiveness. He should have some rare athleticism if those parts of his game are going to translate to the league. He should have no excuses or phantom tweaked muscles at his pro day. It will be interesting.

By far the best???... how are you coming to that conclusion when you look at the mid major competition he faced regularly and inflated numbers that are the result of having nearly 100 or more carries than almost every other RB?
His contact balance and vision to me are by far the best imo. I’m a huge BSU homer though so take that into account.
Also I don’t want the Bears to take him at 10

Contact balance is elite, but to me he lacks top end lateral juice. He breaks alot of tackles but it takes him a while to do it - this was evident against PSU imo. He would break tackles but another guy would then be there to tackle him.

I think he can be very good in the NFL but he's not on the Bijan or Saquon level imo.

I agree as far as overall prospects. Saquon was in his own bubble. Bijan not far behind and I have Jeanty not far behind Bijan. I'm not advocating for the pick. But if he's Johnson's guy I'm not gonna melt down over it either. he's one of the 10 best prospects in this particular draft. If you're going to draft a Gaurd or RB in the top 10, they better be the goods.

This was months ago, and at the combine he mentioned chicago at #10 where he would like to go.

I want nothing to do with him because if we get dalman even swift should look good in this offense.

Go sign Najee for 6m/yr to be your thunder/lightning duo, since Jeanty would make almost the same w/ more guaranteed at the #10 picks.

The agents will coach them up on what to say in order to get drafted higher, but in his heart he absolutely meant the part when he says "I can't do that one" when it comes to playing in Chicago. Let the Raiders have him and he will be much happier.

With the Raiders signing Geno Smith, I would say Jeanty makes sense for them. Might be the worst RB room in the NFL.
