GPPhat and I have agreed on a Cutler is a top 12 quarterback in the NFL ban, and by end of season next year, this will be proven correct.

One of us will be banned all for the offseason of '17.

PP if Jay proves he's a top 12 quarterback. We all know the Bears will be running the ball a lot so it can not be based off touchdowns, mods can find a fair overall assessment of how it can be predicated.

I'm banned if Cutler ends up not being a top 12, above average quarterback.

Added rule: if Cutler is injured for more than 2 games, no matter if I'm ahead or he/she is, the ban is off for fairness purposes.

Let it begin.

THE ACTUAL BET:

If Cutler were to finish in top 10 in passer rating (not QBR) I would be banned from CCS from the end of the regular season until the first preseason game.

If Cutler finishes 11-12 in passer rating and has a TD:Int ratio of 2:1 or better that I receive the ban as stated above.

If Cutler finishes 11-12 in passer rating but fails to achieve TD:Int ratio of 2:1 that it is a push

If Cutler finishes outside of the top 12 you receive the ban stated above.

I fail to see how this isn't meeting in the middle, if cutler is above average to elite in your eyes than this should be a no brainer for you.

I think Cutty has to keep the INTs down..... and get the completion percentage up

Ares, that's a fair statement.

Anyone else? Scoot, what are your thoughts

I don't do ban bets, especially "top 12"... wtf? What kind of criteria is that?

Besides, I had a ban bet with scoot, I won, and he didn't honor it.

So what's the metric? QB Rating? That's the only one I can see being accurate as possible for something like this.

I said cutler is a above average to elite qb. Above average would be 13-15.. 12 is nearing the elite level which cutler is right at. So it's fair

A cumulative of certain stats probably. I'm not so sure if what would all qualify. I think qb rating is a big one.
