Yes, it was totally quick passing and brilliant offensive line play that made this touchdown. It had nothing to do with him scrambling after being under pressure almost immediately, then putting pressure on the defense to choose correctly on who to defend. That quick passing and top 2 offensive line did it all!
So I'm not sure what your argument is now. Before is he shouldn't play because he has no WR.. (then he throws another TD) so now your trying to make the argument that a quick passing game does not help counter a pass rush?

You spend large amounts of time ripping and bullying people on an internet forum. Take a step back and look at how pathetic that is.
you exist here now purely as an alt shitdisturber. sounds a little more pathetic to me.

My argument hasn't changed? The already limited supporting cast was riddled with injuries entering today's game. Fields is coming off a recent shoulder injury. They're eliminated from the playoffs. Nothing they did today could change the fact that this season is over. There were only downsides to him playing today. 1) They fluke into a win and piss away a top 3 draft pick. 2) If Fields, or other guys being counted on for 2023 get severely hurt, you're only making the roster that much more uncertain. 3) Fields has taken a shit ton of hits this season, he doesn't need to take more to show he's a legit QB for 2023. He got banged up middle of the 4th quarter but fortunately was able to shake it off.

Today, he got hit 6 times on sacks. He got hit multiple times on his 15 rushing attempts. A player they're counting on for 2023 - Teven Jenkins was lost to potentially a severe injury. The receivers he was throwing to today (with the exception of Kmet, Pringle and Montgomery) probably won't be in the league next year. And, oh yeah, the Bears still lost. So all that added wear and tear was for nothing.

all that wear and tear was not for nothing. He needs to work on his passing game.. he needs to work on getting rid of the ball quicker. How is he supposed to work on that sitting on the bench?

Again the ONLY thing that mattered this year was for Fields to develop and work on his passing skills.

He doesn't have any offensive linemen worth a shit to stand behind in the pocket without getting killed.

He can't get the ball out quickly because none of his receivers are capable of getting any separation in the time before his blocking gives out.

So how is he supposed to improve on his passing game when the two other complimentary pieces to a good passing game are completely nonexistent?

Fields needs to just full on Sammy Sosa this off-season and be the Kyle Orton we all want to see.

You literally spend large amounts of time ripping into people on the internet. That's pathetic, and you know it.
Hey princess, it’s a message board.

When you say ridiculous things like “the bears have the 2nd best OL in the league” and they show how comically bad they are the way they did so today, you can’t be surprised when your idea get ridiculed and isn’t left unchecked/unchallenged.

seems like a perfect time to work on his skills with getting rid of the ball quickly .. There is going to be times in the future where the OL is going to suffer injuries so he better learn that skillset. Expecting him to only play when everything is perfect around him is ridiculous.

Just stop with the nobody is open BS.. if thats the case then throw the ball away like every other QB does..

Don't think Leatherwood will ever be a tackle. May have a shot at G. Eagles have a VG DL but guys here were way to high on his limited play last week.

Yes. That was a bit much. He is a career backup at best. Eagles abused him like a certain poster here abused his niece

LOL.
G isn't out of the question but he'll need reps there. I was surprised they were rotating him in at T instead. Thought he might be an option to eventually replace Whitehair but he'd obviously need to improve..

How the **** did Reddicl just casually bounce from the Cards to Panthers to Eagles and have double digit sacks for each year? Did he just fly under the radar or what am I missing?
