GOD DAMN IT, I was scared this would happen. Thanksgiving is the ONE day a year I can't get off. Every other major holiday, but not Thanksgiving. The first Bears game I have to miss in forever has to be against the Cheese.

Unfortunately, I won't be able to watch this game because anything having to do with Brett Favre makes me ill. Boring Thanksgiving night I guess...

Packers to retire Brett Favre's number

Favre's No. 4 will be retired this season on Thanksgiving, according to the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel. The Packers will play the Bears that night, according to ESPN and multiple reports.

Favre and Carve.

This is awesome. Thanksgiving is my favorite holiday. Packers playing even better.

I wish I had the confidence in the Packers over the Bears that most here seem to. Thanksgiving is a long ways away. A lot can happen before then.

If Rodgers is playing you'll win. R-E-L-A-X.

Should be a fun Thanksgiving for you.

it's pretty awesome having a team that crushes in the regular season and fucks off late in the playoffs consistently. Packers have to have set a league record for NFC championship losses by this point.

4 losses in Championship games is not bad . Especially considering how many they won in comparison. Not sure what point the OP was trying to make.

I would have pointed out their wildcard and divisional losses but I'm not angling to take away from the greatness of the Packers.

Looks like home to pack followed by Arizona then at Seattle. Tough start.

Not ideal, lol.

Maybe it will be a good thing for the team. The Thanksgiving game might make some of the food come up, with all of the Pack adoration that's absolutely inevitable. I think it's a good thing to have something other than the traditional Cowboys and Lions games, though.

I think the Bears will be improved, but the schedule is rough. Sometimes that can be a good thing. They should get an impact player at 7.

Wonderful. Watching the Packer play at home on Thanksgiving just means I will see morbidly obese people in camouflage being even more morbidly obese.
