Grilled cheese taco? Describe this to me.

You literally make grilled cheeses. Then cover the middle portion of the top with taco meat and whatever other taco fillings you'd like and fold it like a taco. So good. Google grilled cheese tacos

So confused. I have questions.

1. Is it one grilled cheese folded (sandwich according to modo, 2 pieces of bread) or two grilled cheeses (4 pieces of bread, not a sandwich) smashed together and folded?
2. Do you put a taco shell in the middle? Maybe for a little crunch?
3. I feel like sandwich bread folded doesn't give you much space for topping. Is there a special bread you use?
4. Are beans allowed outside of texas?

Louis Riddick at least has experience as a scout and director of pro personnel.

I've seen people compare him to Mike Mayock, which isn't fair to Louis. Mike has 0 experience working with a front office of an NFL team.

I'm not necessarily advocating for LR, but he was part of teams that made some good picks (Desean Jackson, LeSean McCoy, Jeremy Maclin, Fletcher Cox, Jason Kelce, etc.)

I can understand why people mention his name, though he wouldn't get my vote.

Honestly, my theory is that he is getting a lot of attention because he does have FO/Scouting experience and people hear him broadcast games every Monday night and like what he has to say and think that means he'll be a good GM haha.
