An Optimistic View - 13-4 is achievable if everything goes right and everyone takes a step forward. A long shot for sure, but now is the time for optimism!

I am impressed there are already predictions that the Bears sweep the Pack.

It would be the first time since 2007.

I'd just be thrilled with the home win week one.

8-9 thanks to a late season surge that gives the impression the 2024 Bears are going to be playoff bound with the proper offseason tweaks.

You are probably pretty accurate, but I could see double digits in the win column........if JF takes a step forward?

The Bears won 3 games last year. If they could double their wins this year or maybe get to 7 or even 8 I think you have to consider the season a success. The defense has too many holes to be a truly competitive team. With that said, the division feels more wide open than it has in many years. If Fields proves to be the real deal this year and Poles puts together a dynamite 2024 draft then the Bears are positioned to be the favorite in the division for years to come.

Vikings and Packers look to be teams in decline. Lions are maybe a team on the rise but Goff isn't exactly a top tier QB and he's hit his ceiling in what he can be.

I would consider 10 wins a sucess we had the first pick I know it was one year but with the picks we had and available money to spend its on our staff if we fail to reach 9 to 10 wins. We still have money could have upgraded our pass rush I get it isn't a quick rebuild but still there were still players out there who could have helped without breaking the bank and helped develop our young players.

This is me counting on fields taking a jump. The ones i am flip flopping on the most are browns, saints and raiders. The whole nfc north is up in the air too. I have no clue so split those ones (feel most confident bears win week 1 though)

21-0

You're thinking.. wait a second if they win the #1 playoff seed and cruise to a Superb Owl victory that would only by 20-0
Well you see every player on the pro-bowl team So that will be win 21..
(Yes I know there isn't a real probowl anymore but the joke doesn't work otherwise. )

I believe @Penny Traitor is already figuring a JF step up in there. Remember, the D was pretty bad and even with a couple of upgrades...they will still be bad.

Fields stepping up is my thought process behind the late season surge, because after 10 games of DJ Moore feasting on Fields doing his best Sexy Rexy impressions...teams are forced to play the Bears different. A balanced offense lightens the load on an incomplete defense and the Bears get on a nice win streak after the bye to give everyone good feels about 2024.

If Fields struggles, five wins at best.

7-10 but could be 6-11.

Defense will not be good. Oline lacks continuity and depth. I still need to see that Fields can lead the team in the 4th quarter to wins in the close games. I expect Fields to miss at least 3 games due to injuries and depth at QB is not there either.
