The Bears won 3 games last year. If they could double their wins this year or maybe get to 7 or even 8 I think you have to consider the season a success. The defense has too many holes to be a truly competitive team. With that said, the division feels more wide open than it has in many years. If Fields proves to be the real deal this year and Poles puts together a dynamite 2024 draft then the Bears are positioned to be the favorite in the division for years to come.
Vikings and Packers look to be teams in decline. Lions are maybe a team on the rise but Goff isn't exactly a top tier QB and he's hit his ceiling in what he can be.
