I think to call this harassment, you probably do. If it had been a comment about the boobs of some singer or actress or any unrelated celebrity, nobody would have batted an eyelid. I think they're from affiliated organizations, which is not really co-workers, but the co-worker angle is why he got in trouble.

Because Fox isn't affiliated with WSCR and Erin Andrews isn't a CSN reporter. Even if the comments were identical, it's the affiliation, and therefore "colleague" angle that's making this a big deal.
