Beef debris po bwoy is one of my faves. Something about roast beef dressed, with those pickles and mayo combining with the pot roast is just so dank.

They have pretty great cheeseburger sandwiches at Au Cheval in Chi city... I would highly recommend getting one sometime in your life.
I am a pretty big fan of a New Mexico (Lobo) roast beef sandwich from Relish.

Around here people rave about Tully's, I have only been once, but it was pretty dang good although a little heavy on the olive tapenade on the particular sandwich I ordered, something that I will be more cautious about the next time we go for a bite.
