So hear's one in Chicago off Lawrence Ave. It's a Chinese place called Great Sea Restaurant, and they have KICK ASS wings. Read the google reviews. They lollipop cut them so it's easy to eat.

This place is amazing. Switched owners a couple years ago I believe, but their lollipop wings have retained good quality I think.

Driven right passed it and never noticed it, just another Chinese place, but turns out not really.
