I liked it well enough. I was wishing that a certain 2 annoying characters had been killed.

I thought Tuco was gonna waste those two..Then they called Saul a bad lawyer after he saved their asses...lol
Don't you ever call Tuco's abuela a biznatch.
another good EP
when he ripped the tent open and said "Heres Johnny" had me dying
I agree it will not all be a flashback. A season or two to catch up with him hiding in Nebraska or wherever and then it will move off in another direction. So far I'm really enjoying it.Watched both episodes last night.
Exposition was very good, and I'm liking the slow build.
The beginning was interesting, as it may not be all a flashback.
The back story is he was a hustler who decided to go straight and in these first episodes he keeps turning down opportunities to get "in the game." His bro says "if I help you out don't make me into a fool." But we know from Breaking Bad that eventually he will be all-in in terms of criminal enterprise. So the dramatic arc, if you will, is us watching him try to be legit but get pulled back into crime. BTW they did an absolutely horrible job of making either him or Lenny look younger in that scene.I wonder what the significance of the scene where he is young and in the CC jail means in the grand scheme?

I sort of hope they don't spend any time on him going to law school.
