I agree too. Mooney had an awful year last year and is coming off a tough injury. Claypool wasn't impactful after his midseason trade. So that's 2 of the 3 starting WRs with big question marks. Fields (as much as I believe in him) still has giant question marks about his passing abilities at the NFL level given how terrible the entire passing offense was last season. If guys play to their abilities, there is plenty of room to rise from this preseason ranking.

Right. It's easy to look at how much we've upgraded and go "what, only average?!" only to realize "yea, you're upgrading an undisputed bottom 5, maybe bottom 3 group." Plus we're in the season of eternal optimism. Imagine how bad it would look still without a bonafide #1 receiver in DJ Moore. Adding him just changed that entire dynamic entirely.
