Trestman, Foxy and Lovie were fired the day after the final game.
Nagy was fired early on the 2nd day. I assume the delay was because Polian had to convince George to get rid of Teflon Ryan.

If Eberflus isn't fired in the next few hours we should assume he is back.

They already confirmed he's doing exit interviews all week w/ poles.

Does that sound like a guy whos getting fired to you?

My favorite teams
  1. Chicago Cubs
  1. Chicago Bulls
  1. Chicago Bears
  1. Chicago Blackhawks
  1. Michigan Wolverines
  2. Purdue Boilermakers
Ross/Counsell 2.0
If there's one thing the Bears should take from the Cubs it's this. The Cubs, since the ownership change, have not hesitated to fire the manager when a top guy becomes available.

If they haven't made the decision yet, they have problems...they already know what they are doing.

I think I'm mostly curious about who is making the actual decisions at this point. It's such a fucked up organization. Is it Warren? Poles? McKaskey?

I went beyond that.
Starters Kendrick Green and Titus Howard were replaced by someone that they acquired in 2023. BTW, Kendrick Green was signed in 2023 too.
Jarrett Patterson was playing well until his injury, and he was drafted in 2023.

The Texans overhauled their O-line, not just in starters, but in depth as well.

Is this the thread for this argument?

whatever happens will tell us what warren is thinking...if he truly wants to make his mark, the time is now...if you breakdown the comeback engineered by flus it was against scrubs...when it came time to put up or shut up against a rising packers team, the defense folded again...This all coupled with a top 5 easiest schedule. Its an easy decision to part ways with flus, hes out of his element in being a HC, some guys just dont have it...time to rip the band-aid off quick and start again.

If warren decides to keep flus hes another yes man like teddy...

Not sure how Lions and Browns are scrubs when both have better records than GB.

If you are really gonna do the HOU thing, overhaul the O line and get an impact receiver like Tank Dell and an edge rusher like Will Anderson. A good coach like Ryans definitely helps too.

Unlike Chicago, they don't expect a franchise QB to do it all on their own. They actually set him up for success, unlike us.

Yes when everything is good Fields is very good. I’ve acknowledged this. That’s not a great player though.
I don't we are asking for too much for the Qback...competant blocking and a non-ret@rded game plan...
