When will the Bears announce the changes?

What changes?

Fluss isnt going anywhere lol. Getsy might be let go but what OC worth a damn will want to come here with a coach on the hot seat?

Cycle gonna start all over again, we'll get trash coaching for Caleb and hurt more than help him as a rookie.

Eh he blew 3 games in which the opponent’s win probability was below 2% or something crazy like that. I like Flus, just not as a HC. I really like his philosophy about the secondary. But he’s just not the guy for a HC position
I think he could be a good coach with some slightly better players....

Lets be honest, the Bears need a couple more positions filled. Players did develop under him, that's a credit to Flus and Poles...

He's a good DC, being a coach is more than just developing players. He's terrible at decision making and has shown that a bunch this year.

I want him gone only because no OC will want to come here to just get fired in a year...

My favorite teams
  1. Milwaukee Brewers
  1. Chicago Bulls
  1. Chicago Bears
  1. Chicago Blackhawks
  1. Illinois Fighting Illini
CJ Stroud would have failed here.

HOU got him a line by improving 4 of 5 positions this year. They already had an all-pro in Tunsil.
Here, he would have had crappy line that improved 1 position this year, while neglecting the rest
Agreed just sucks

It's insane that we sit here resigned to the fact that we're probably keeping this guy around.

Like objectively it makes zero sense to keep this clown given the incredible opportunity the team has in front of it. Zero. And we're all sitting here knowing that it's probably gonna happen because Bears.

Bunch of fool's gold wins against scrub QBs, the historic blown leads, hired a creepo DC, an offensive assistant that was apparently so lazy it warranted an in-season firing...that's without even getting to the whole argument about lining things up with the QB you can take #1.

How do you even make the argument for keeping him with a straight face? How?

And even if you like how he calls a defense (which, uh, yesterday...not so good), he might not even be doing that once he hires another DC lol

This is a myth. His line had several injuries this year

Historical 4th quarter meltdowns & shitty coordinator hires should be enough to let Flose sail
Not to mention two assistant coaches being fired for being creeps, or the whole Claypool debacle where he was caught lying about what happened.

Throw all that in with the way he started and ended the season against their arch rival, looking completely unprepared and lackadaisical, this decision should have been made a while ago. He's not good at his job, and never was.

I actually don't have a problem with Flus as HC...I thought he has done ok and the team showed real progress...

My main issue is him not influencing Getsy on the offensive direction and not doing the right things as far as play calling.

If Flus comes back, Packers fans will Rejoice. If Fields is back, the whole division will be high-fiving each other. If Getsy is back, I’ll probably high five with them for freeing up my Sundays…

Couldn’t agree more. If the Bears helped Fields like HOU did for Stroud, it would have been a Bears “world” of difference for the offense.
