Poles is a team player. Hoge and Jahns were saying tonight they think he’s actually got the right mentality to work with a Harbaugh
I too saw Hoge and Jahns’s podcast tonight and heard the discussion about Har-bow. There was an interesting tangent about Warren, and how he’s known for big-thinking and big-moves. Call him a “big-game hunter.” Sticking his neck out to hang onto something called Matt Eberflus is not big-game hunting. Sticking his neck out for Jim Harbaugh is.

I still think Harbaugh is a pretty big long shot because despite my faith in Pudge Poles I feel King George‘s small-minded goals to “beat the Packers” and “win one for Ginny” are at odds with the longer view big-thinkers like Warren and Poles consider. But Poles is on a roll. Maybe that momentum will swing the coaching search toward more inspired candidates than Eberflus.

Like they haven't had enough time to analyze?

This organization is such a bunch of hand wringers, no vision at all.
Right? You're in the building with this idiot every single day for two years. You know.

George doesn't want to open up the pocket book to pay another coach with Flus still on the books. There's too many decent candidates this year. Gotta wait until next year when its more retreads who will cost less.

My favorite teams
  1. Los Angeles Lakers
  1. Chicago Bears
  1. Los Angeles Kings
  1. Clemson Tigers
The same type of methodical that led to them hiring a GM based on if he's willing to pick their hand picked HC? **** this org. It'll be hard to get excited about any off-season moves if we have to deal with this greasy haired putz for another year.
Poles has done a much better job than flus.

If Warren has any weight or gravitas in that room idk how they keep Flus. I can’t get the picture of him wondering wtf they were doing on SNF in LA out of my head. Today should do a good job bringing him back to that moment.

Maybe we can blackmail or entice Williams into saying that Flus was an accomplice of whatever fucked up perverted crime or infection he committed and they can fire Flus for cause.

If they keep Flus then either Warren has zero weight or he's as incompetent as Ted was. Its 2024 and theyre settling for mediocre DC pretending to be HC.

George wants to win NOW. He doesn’t want another rookie QB. He wants to win one for Ginny.

If George wanted to win now the answer is easy.
Stop trying to run the team. Let these people you hired to run the team do their job.

He’ll come if the pay is right and Poles fucks off.

Not sure how you can bring in Jim without asking the inevitable question of what about Poles
He's come out and stated he doesn't care any gms anymore multiple times. Said crap about the league evolving since he was in it. Point being, he's gonna go to any NFL team offering him a meager 100 million dollars. That's the baseline.

Calling this now:

Flus back.

Fields gone.

Cousins signed in free agency.

#1 pick traded. (Falcons probably)

Bears spend heavy in Free Agency.

Not to be morbid but Virginia is dying and George is above all else a mama’s boy. He wants to win her a SB before she goes.

Warren will know Cousins. Warren, Cousins and McCaskeys are all uber Christian so they’ll feel comfortable with each other. Cousins wants a team to go all in with him as he’s 35.

George wants to win NOW. He doesn’t want another rookie QB. He wants to win one for Ginny.

LMAO. He waited till she is 101 years old? So the last 30 years he was fine losing because he was waiting for her to turn 102. Ok now is the time. Great plan.
